DAZGLOBAL ACQUIRES HEAVENSPOT

HACKENSACK, NEW JERSEY, April 24, 2007 - DazGlobal, a leading advertising agency network headquartered in Hackensack, NJ today announced that it has acquired Heavenspot Inc., an award winning new media agency based in Los Angeles, CA. Heavenspot will team up with network counterpart DazMedia Inc. to form the digital agency division within DazGlobal.

"DazMedia and Heavenspot are true digital advertising agencies that have had great success,” said Daz Connell, who was named CEO of the newly formed DazGlobal, LLC. “The next generation of advertising agencies will have to expertly navigate the internet arena. Our digital expertise plus our east/west coast presence, gives us an advantage over the traditional advertising shops.”

DazMedia has seen great success, becoming a leader in the healthcare communications industry with expertise in a wide range of media solutions. DazGlobal will extend upon DazMedia’s influence and prowess with the addition of Heavenspot.

"Daz Connell and I share the same vision of what Heavenspot is poised to be - the digital advertising agency of the future,” said Chevon Hicks, president and creative director of Heavenspot. “With the guidance and support of DazGlobal, we'll be able to bring big agency services to our clients, yet retain the focus, style, and atmosphere of a boutique. Personally, it allows me the freedom to get back to doing what I love most, the building block of the entire business - being creative. As the business grew, I knew that spending more time actively involved in the creative process was going to be tantamount to the continuing success of Heavenspot, and I chose my partner carefully.”

In joining DazGlobal, Heavenspot brings credibility and its roster of top clients from film, television, music, fashion, sports and more. The agency recently received a nomination for the upcoming 11th annual Webby Awards.

"There are symmetries between Heavenspot and the other companies in the Daz portfolio, yet we were different enough that we both felt that we could bring something unique to the table, and enhance the Heavenspot brand," Hicks continues. "If we can show current and potential clients what we can do with our own brand, imagine what we can do for theirs! Simply put, Daz gets it - and has the talent, know-how, and resources to make it happen. I'm very happy."

DazGlobal will have the combined force of the knowledge, experience and clientele bases of DazMedia and Heavenspot.

INC. MAGAZINE NAMES DAZMEDIA AS ONE OF NATIONS FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

RIVER EDGE, NEW JERSEY, November 8, 2005 – DazMedia, Inc., has been named to Inc. Magazine's annual Inc. 500 which ranks the fastest-growing private companies in America. With three-year sales growth of 309%, DazMedia ranked among the group in their first year of eligibility. The Inc. 500 can be found in the November issue of Inc. Magazine.

“We are excited to be a part of the Inc. 500 this year and credit the hard work of our employees for making this possible,” said Daz Connell, President of DazMedia. “Everything begins and ends with our customer service.”

The Inc. 500 ranks privately held companies according to year-over-year sales growth from 2001 to 2004. With approximately 75% of all new job creation in the U.S. coming from entrepreneurial businesses, the Inc. 500 opens a window onto the companies and industries that are driving the economy forward. Over the years, the Inc. 500 has identified the next generation of world-class companies, with Microsoft, Stonyfield Farms, Timberland, Oracle, The Princeton Review, Morningstar, Jamba Juice, Gateway, E*Trade, Intuit, and Domino’s Pizza all appearing on the list before they became industry powerhouses.

To be eligible for this year’s Inc. 500, companies had to be U.S.-based, independent and privately held through their fiscal year 2004, and have had at least $500,000 in net sales in the base year of 2001. In addition, their 2004 sales had to exceed 2003 sales. Companies are ranked on cumulative three-year sales growth from 2001 to 2004. Inc. verifies all information using tax forms and audited financial statements from certified public accountants and by conducting interviews with company officials.

“When you look at the amazing job growth among Inc. 500 companies and contrast it with the stagnation in the Fortune 500, it underscores the changing nature of our economy,” said Jim Melloan, project manager for the Inc. 500. “With unprecedented global competition, companies have to be able to turn on a dime, and discover innovative new ways of doing business. Increasingly, it’s the smaller, agile companies like those on the Inc. 500 that are best equipped to meet these challenges.”

About Inc. Magazine

Inc., the only major business magazine dedicated exclusively to owners and managers of growing private companies, delivers real solutions for today’s innovative company builders. It provides hands-on tools and market-tested strategies for managing people, finances, sales, marketing, and technology. Inc. is also the only publication that focuses on small to medium-size businesses, responsible for more than half the nation’s gross domestic product and 70% of its new jobs.
